Download my realistic cubing competition scorecard via google drawings, you can save a copy of it and edit it to your requirements and download it and print them off, generally I recommend copying it and pasting onto a document 4 times and then selecting 4 pages per sheet, you can them cut the paper into quarters.

Please do not request edit access, this will be rejected and is not necessary.
