DaYan Zhanchi Pro M

Nice luxury packaging and has lots of really cool accessories . The cube has a really crunchy felling and after some breaking in of the lube, will turn at its prime. It has lots of adjustable things like the magnets, tension and elasticity.

I wanted to add a DaYan Cube to my collection and chose the Zhanchi Pro M. It is a full size 56mm Cube which has a very glossy hard plastic feel which is quite unique. I found that it needed loosening off quite a bit to get it to move quickly, well beyond the fine adjustments provided using the tool for distance and tension. It definitely needs plenty of Lube probably because of the type of plastic, so I gave it some Gan Magic then DNM-37 to speed it right up. The magnetic cartridge adjustment system is brilliant, very precise, doesn't slip back and the 3 settings do have a different feel to each other. I have my Cube set up on 1 the strongest setting and it feels just as good as the X-Man Tornado and stronger than the Valk 3 M. The Instructions / Settings sheet is very clear and easy to understand, and the accessories are a nice touch. Well worth the price.

out of the box i was so dissapointed with this cube. i was not enjoying the way it felt at all. it was quite scratchy, and felt like there was too much friction. but after tightening the screws slightly, and then loosening everything elsecompletely, with the magnets on 1 it feels incredible. its now one of my favorite cubes. lubing it with the angstrom setup has really helped the weight of turning too (light cubes =💩)

furthermore, i think its very different from the tengyun v2. having bigger hands, the extra 1mm on the zhanchi makes ALL the difference. the magnets feel much stronger, the cube is more stable and turning feels cleaner. i highly reccomend you purchase. well worth the money 👌
