The QiYi 9x9x9 is much lighter than the YuXin Little Magic but does it perform as well? That is certainly questionable, I had no major problems with pops or instability but neither does the YuXin Little Magic so I don't know what my view on this cube is, maybe it is good for people who don't want to handle giant cubes.
I got in touch with Daniel about a spare part. He very quickly responded that the part was available and I was able to order it on the very clean and efficient website. I was delighted by how quickly the part arrived and I would highly recommend speedcubing.org to anybody.
The Mo Yu Meilong is, on the whole, an excellent cube. The only issue I had was with a bit of “sag” and misalignment when performing multiple moves. This may be true of all larger cubes, but this is my first large cube. The service from Speedcubing.org was spot on, and I’ll definitely visit them again.
My son is really loving this and it has great corner-cutting,
I love this cube. The corner cutting is really good, as for most GAN cubes. I like how easy it is turn and the customisation for me is really good as is the corner cutting.
All the different centre settings are good, but I found the blue (1.7N) tension nuts work best for me. The magnet adjustment system is easy to use and I think corner-to-core magnets is a great idea.
Looking forward to using this in my first competition!
