2 Look OLL part 2

Here are the 7 possible cases you can get in the second part of 2 look OLL, once you have solved the cross you need to finish orientating the last layer before you can move onto PLL, the algorithms I have used here are usually some of the fastest, although I have sought to avoid introducing more advanced notation which is involved in some common algorithms for these cases.
