No, of course it's not, otherwise I would be looking to get these in stock on speedcubing.org, wouldn't I? This cube probably wasn't even the best when it was released back in 2012 but only slows me down by about 3 seconds on average. Obviously it is stiff and lacks corner cutting but it is way better than original Rubik's brands and is good for keeping a record of the evolution of speedcube designs. Buy a decent modern speedcube here
