Shopify has an in-built AI in its Shopify Inbox feature, on my website there is a chat tool which provides one of the many ways to contact me and ask about specific products or speedcubing information, however, it also has an AI response generator which I usually have to just ignore because the answer it generates is just stupid, in this video I try and test out my stores AI by switching between the front and back end to ask it all sorts of questions about speedcubing, some of the answers are incredibly stupid!
