Face Turning Octahedron is a puzzle that has become increasingly popular in the past year or two, the solving method requires various techniques borrowed from puzzles such as Skewb and 4x4 and is an interesting challenge to try. The event has been held unofficially at UK Cubing competitions in the past and there are many who want to introduce it as a new WCA event.
