If you receive a faulty or defective cube and can show that to us with video evidence or similar within 30 days of purchase then contact us and we will replace it with a new cube, please also send the original packaging with the cube if you have it. If we do not have any more stock of the same cube then we will give you the option of waiting a few weeks for us to get more stock or a full refund of the cost.

If your cube pops then we cannot refund it, cubes do that from time to time, if it becomes a persistent problem then you may want to consider tightening the tensions or turning more smoothly. If you are unable to fix it then send it back to us and we will fix it for you however, you will have to pay the return shipping cost and the cost for us to ship it back to you.
