FAQs

Speedcubing.org is located in the UK so orders will usually arrive much faster than from other stores. Speedcubing.org is run by Daniel Evans, a speedcuber and twisty puzzle enthusiast, he still competes regularly at cubing competitions and is still ranked 3rd in the UK for 7x7x7, he also holds the world record for fastest time to solve the world's largest mass produced 3x3x3 cube

Free shipping will automatically be applied to all domestic orders over £80. Simply add over £80 to your cart and you will see the discount while checking out.

Shipping is free for orders over £80. For UK customers I offer Royal Mail tracked 48 for £2.85 and Royal Mail tracked 24 for £3.95. For international customers shipping cost depends on the weight, I offer both International standard shipping (which is not tracked) and International Tracked and Signed.

I aim to dispatch orders quickly and will often send them out the same day as the order is placed. for UK customers Tracked 24 usually arrives the day after dispatch while tracked 48 usually arrives 2-3 days after dispatch, however, these timeframes are not guaranteed and delays are always possible. For non-UK customers shipping times can vary significantly, while items will usually arrive in about a week, they have been known to take a lot longer.

If the product is unopened and in its original packaging then it can be returned, simply email me and then send it back.

If you have opened the product then I cannot accept it back unless it is faulty. If you believe the product is faulty then please email me with the details and some pictures and I will see what can be done. This warranty is valid up to 30 days after you receive the cube.

Speedcubes are very well designed these days but occasionally one (or more) pieces can come out of the cube, if this happens then the cube is probably not broken and the pieces can be put back in, if you need help doing this then please email me and I can give you advice, alternatively if necessary, you can send the cube back to me for me to fix.
