Daniel Partridge breaks 6x6 national record mean

British speedcuber, Daniel Partridge, has returned to speedcubing and broken the national record for 6x6 with a very fast average of 1:23.95, this is a significant improvement on the previous national record set by Cham J Chambers and was achieved at the Irish cubing championships, there seems to be a large group of British speedcubers who have travelled over to Ireland to compete at their national championships.

Daniel Partridge originally focused specifically on Pyraminx and was 2nd in the world for the event at one point but has branched out into other events and he currently has the national record for sum of ranks (where rankings in each event are added up and whoever has the lowest wins).
